The name, ONEMANSTRASH, does in fact come from the saying "One man's trash is another man's treasure" if you were wondering, but the meaning and really the whole premice behind the name is this: the world may look on you with utter distain and disgust, but Jesus will never leave you or forsake you. He will always be there to comfort you, and let you know that He is in control. "But how can a God, who has never felt pain, help me with what I'm going through?" you may ask, and the answer is this, the second reason our name is ONEMANSTRASH, Jesus has felt pain, he came down from His throne in His kingdom, where He was King, to die for you and me. He was in human form for about 33 years and experienced more hardship and suffering than most senior citizens have.He was nailed to a cross with the weight of all the sins commited and yet to be committed thrust uppon his shoulders, His pure sinnless shoulders bore the punishment, the beatings, the whippings, the cross for you and me because He loved us and he wanted us to reign for eternity with him in his new kingdom.
That is why we are called ONEMANSTRASH.
